Hart 2 Hart Running Club offers training sessions, coaching, and support for children of all skill levels. We focus on building endurance, speed, and agility through a variety of drills, games, and exercises. We also offer opportunities for kids to participate in local races and events, and to engage in community service projects that promote health and fitness.
